The first step in the development of a successful project is accurate and precise design documents. Our team goes the extra mile to ensure that the drawings, details and specifications are precise and accurate to your building to assure accurate bidding and a project that is completed on schedule and within budget. We provide complete plans, elevations, details, bid forms and specifications.
We host pre-bid meetings, provide RFI's and addendums to the bidders, create a bid tab and provide recommendations to our clients.
Our construction administration includes monitoring the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget and that the contractor is performing the repairs per drawings and specifications. We manage these processes through weekly meetings with photographic documentation.
